We provide support for adults age 18 and above who are recovering with Mental Health needs.​

What assistance do we offer?

Our dedicated team creates individualised support plans for Residents based on their Mental Health needs. Our expert staff is on-site offering 24 hours round the clock support to the Residents for peace of mind.

We continue to offer ongoing support as Residents transition through their skills to independent living. We promote our Residents independence, upholding their dignity and respecting their rights.                         

We recognise and respect the distinct needs of Residents as individuals and give our commitment to nurture and uphold their uniqueness across all our projects. 

 

We are continuously adapting and offering personalised support and assistance that spans various areas, such as:​

How to become a resident at Park Parade House:​
  • Prospective Resident should be aged 18 and above, recovering with Mental Health needs.

  • Prospective Resident can be referred by their Care Coordinator, CPN, Social Worker, GP, OT or other relevant professional working with them.

  • Prospective have a named Care Coordinator or relevant professional responsible for them before they can move into Park Parade House.

  • The staff team at Park Parade House would need to assess any Prospective Resident before they move in to ensure that they would benefit from the services offered in Park Parade House. To enable the assessment of Prospective Resident into Park Parade House, the following documents should accompany their referral i.e. Prospective Resident History Report, Psychiatric Report, Risk Assessment and Care Plan.

  • Referrals are accepted from all London Borough Councils Community Mental Health Teams, Social Services and other relevant specialist team/departments.
